Terms Of Service
Payments accepted: Paypal, Cashier's check, M.O., personal checks (animal(s) will not ship until payment clears the bank, up to 14 days). There is a $30 fee for returned checks. Unfortunately due to some scams involving Cashiers Checks and Money Orders, we will wait two weeks before shipping any animal(s) out when paid in this manner.
A 25% Non-Refundable Deposits to hold said animal(s) for 2 weeks. Deposit must be received within 4 days to hold any animal(s). If payment is not made in full within two weeks or other arrangements are not made, the deposit will be forfeited.
Each animal will be sold in great health and feeding regularly. Sex of animals are guarenteed to be correct. If any animals is not sexed correctly, return the animal for full refund including shipping within two (2) weeks.
Live arrival is guaranteed providing someone is there to receive them on the first attempt, and will be void if no one receives said animals upon first attempt. I will confirm ship date prior to shipping, so you can make plans for someone to be home. Contact us via e-mail to let us know you got your animal(s) in good health.
